Change Quickreply colors?

My site's skin is black, yet the quickreply box is white, so it looks really bad - how can I change it? I've tried everything I can think to edit and it's not working. I just want to change the table around the actual text box, though it would be nice if I could change the BG and text color in the text box as well.

go to your ACP -> Styles and Templates -> Style Manager -> Main CSS -> looking for Panel (Forms), Panel Surround, etc. You can change them all from there w/o editing any template

And then how would I change the font/colors of the text box itself?

There should be a section for input boxes there as well.
