Report post to administrator feature?

How do I enable or where do I get a hack for that feature on every post in the bottom right hand corner where it says report post to administrator?

You can enable it by:

Admin CP - vBulletin Options - Enable e-mail features - Yes.

That should do it.

Ok I cannot see it. Yes it's enabled in the ACP but I canot see it in my VBB. I take it as an admin/moderator you wont see this function on posts?

No, you should. Have you made any modifications to your postbit template? You may have removed the link in there or something.
