You cannot.... your style uses(for the outer table, the entire forum) only side borders and on top it has images, so its not noticed in there.

I happen to know this style from www.ragezone.com which im sure you know :)(im zorobz from rz)
What you gotta do is make a new part in the CSS which will have the same properties as the class u are using now and add top and bottom borders.
