i believe there is a place to request custom styles, but i dont think you will get one for free.

Let me explain why you won't get someone to make you a custom style for free:
1. Good styles take time. Time that they really can't get back or something like that.
2. Cost of Photoshop, and several different web editors they could use.
3. It's like a layout, but harder to make and segmented into XML files.

It's not about being kind..its about the time it takes. I rarely never charge below $350.00 for a custom style just b/c of the time and quality all my work takes/is.

As people above have said, styles aren't overnight things. And for someone to dedicate all this time to making a free style, it's hardly worth it.

My suggestion to you would be to grasp the enormity of modifying a style. To do this you've got to attempt it yourself. First start with the main css making changes to what you want and move on from there. When you're done and you've gotten the site where you want it style and graphic wise, then I believe you'll have a better appreciation and awareness of what it takes to create a custom style. I've personally done three sites so far, at no cost, but I'm not about to volunteer to do it again. Its not 'difficult' it is just very time consuming, and there is absolutely no way around that fact. :)

So jump in to it yourself, and good luck.
