How do I change the table border

I have looked high and low trying to figure out how to change the color of my border. Right now it has default "blue" as a border color and it is wrecking my color scheme. Where do I change this? See attached picture, or go to the website and see it live: www.astrosfan.org

Admin CP > Styles and Language > Style Manager > Main CSS and change your .tborder color.
