E-mails are case sensetive, so check that you have the same case in your vBT profile and your members area at vB.com.

I don't know why you are'nt getting emails from us, are you sure your spam filter is not catching them?

Make sure the e-mail is exact (e-mails are case sensetive) in your vBulletin members area and your vBulletinTemplates profile.
