Need a VBulletin designer for new skin

Ok i run a Yu-Gi-Oh website that is going well at the moment i am using a skin from extremepixels, however its time to move on from that.

So i am looking for someone that would like to take on this project.

I will need a spectacular design, including header and footer etc and codded for my vbulletin forum.

I also do not mind purchasing another vb skin and then you can edit the design untill it fits.
