Most VB designers will not work for free, check the VB site for free styles.

this is really iratating for people who can't afford to pay cash for a simple skin but are willing to have an advertisment for the skin creator to not be able to get aproduct due to income or lack there of.

i wont be back to check on this thread again as it is now clear i wont get help because i cant afford to pay.

good bye greed mongers. :(

FYI most skin creators will require you to have an advertisment on the bottom of the skin, no matter how much you pay...

It's not so much that we do not wish to help you, though as with my case, I am busy with the development of my own website and developing styles for visitors and so forth. You are more than welcome to visit and use the available styles there on your website. While they may not fit the exact theme of your website, you are provided with the PSD files so modifying the colors to your liking should not be a large task.

As for work in general, most do expect to get paid. While I understand money is an issue, as it is for most anyone that is not making a great deal, it is a trade skill and one that money is most commonly associated with.

Too many people both around here and around other websites expect the world for $100 or less, I will even go as far as to say they expect the quality of CeoNex/PixelBrick for the same. Now, I am not saying you are expecting such, though 99% of the time, the payout generates the quality of the work; in the design field this is more so true unless you come by a freelancer that simply picks up odd jobs as a hobby.

Again, nothing personal against you, we've all been in a situation where money is tight, it happens more often than a lot of us would like, but we all manage and have move on.
