any ideas of a site i could make where i can use my knowlege of such thigns to help out other peopel and maybe make a few bucks from
not in it to get rich but would like a few dollars for some things like i just did a hack for a guy for $5 bucks not bad

You are not going to get much support from the vBulletin community, unless you are wantinbv the illegal vBulletin users there, as vBulletin already has a two huge support communitys, vBulletin.com / vBulletin.org (vBT too but we are merging so..) And there are hundereds of other forum support boards out there.
