Can't submit a thread

I get this error when trying to submit a thread.

Fatal error: Maximum execution time of 30 seconds exceeded in /www/vbulletintemplates.com/htdocs/mods/includes/functions.php on line 1511

This is a php error and I honestly don't know why it would happen in such a case, try to re-submit your post.
