converting a vb2 style to a vb3 style

If you mean somehow automaically, no. You will need to re-code the whole thing for vB3.

It takes generaly 5-10-20 hours to convert a skin from vB2> vB3, it depends on your skill level and expirence with vB3.

well my skill level would be like zip... so that'a would mean it's impossible, right? hmm, shouldn't the actual setup for the boards be the same?

i mean shouldn't i be able to just use any regularly working template from a vb3 and just simply add up the set up for the tables from the vb2 skin that i want to use because the only part of the vb2 skin i really want to use is the table frame, table set-up, images it uses, and such.

Eh, it depends on the skin, it could be ver very diffucult to do and then agian it might be easy.

The easiest things to do are getting the general colour design in and the header and the footer.... the rest of it is completely different along with all the stylevars and other info.

i wanted to set up that essence c7 skin for my board. but i could only find the skin for v2. but i did see a board using it for v3 so i figured they just re-coded it. which would be here: http://www.anime-empire.net/forum/
