"Signature" icons?

I'd love to make it so that our members can (if they choose) pick an icon that is posticon for all of their posts. LOL Given the luck I had yesterday with name colors, though, I'm a little tired of trying things with no result... :o
If anyone knows how to do this, or even just a guess on the condition statement, it'd be much appreciated... :)
