Adding friends to your help list

I've added two of my friends to the Access list, so they will be able to download things, they have registered and tried to download things, but it won't let them. Why? Any help?

Yes, they used the same email address I put on the list.
Yes, I am aware of the list being case sensitive.

Their names are: Aimee and Annunu1

It takes about an hour for the liscensing system to update itself. Try again soon and it should be working. If its not working in 24 hours contact someone here or file a support ticket
