Does This Modification Work in vB3?

I cannot tell from the code if this modification created for vB2 (http://www.vbulletintemplates.com/mods/showthread.php?t=585) will work in vB3.

Could anyone who understands code look at it and see what modifications need to be made (if any) in order for it to work in vB3.03?

No template mods from vBulletin 2 will work with vBulletin 3.
