I've tried creating a dummy default template so I could get the default settings for the background of .tcat and .thead I copy and pasted the code into my functioning template, and it still doesn't work.
I even tried changing the color of the plain background of the cateogry and table headers and the CSS seems to still insist on showing black, even if the color is set to blue.
Can anyone help me on this?
Make sure that in the background form looks like this;
#HEXCOLOR url(http://www.yourdomain.com/forum/gradient/whatever.jpg)

That's *exactly* what it looks like and it doesn't work for me.
#000000 url(http://www.caves.org/soapbox/images/gradients/gradient_tcat.gif) repeat-x top left
and before it was
#000000 url(images/gradients/gradient_tcat.gif) repeat-x top left
Neither of these work on my board!
Haha, this is going to be funny answer...
The fact is, It is displaying the gradient... The problem is there is too much black on the top to show the changing.
Mozilla firefox picked up that the gradient is being pulled, so it's not a problem with the coding, it's the fact the image is too dark on top.
Much Regards!
