Actually, that behavior was removed by VB.com because the code wasn't XHTML 1.1 / XHTML 1.0 Strick Valid, so it was removed.

You can add target="_blank" to the urls in the postbit_attachment template.

Id like for this to happen too, i cant tell you how many times a day i open the attachment and then instinctly close the box when done.

Meh I've gotten used to the change sorta. Lol.

But if it was changed back it'd be great. :)

I love the change! I hated all those extra windows for every download.

Agreed. I do this several times a day as well -- it gets annoying, however I just go back and open Firefox and select the page I was at using the Go menu, not really a big deal but it gets mighty annoying.

In firefox you can always open links in a new tab by middle clicking. Just so you know, I use that feture all the time :)

you don't have to turn it on, it's on by default.

Or you have a special mousesoftware which overwrites the middle button itself, amybe with a doubleclick

It's cool... i didn't know this middle mouse click option before, I just use Ctrl + mouseclick to open new tab. :D
