This is the same as the Archive except that it allows posting and PMs. It is formatted specifically to work well on Pocket PC and WAP devices.

Is there a way that we can use this for version 3.0.3?

Styles from 3.0.7 do not completly work on 3.5. The template code is different, things will be cut out if you use styles from the older vB versions.

What is needed to make this work with 3.6.7? Has this been completely abandoned or is an update planed?

It worked for me in 3.6 'till I moved to the Alabama skin released at vbulletin.com.
