Where do I adjust the 'legend border' as shown on the attached image?

It's an image. You can edit this in your Admin CP > Styles & Templates > Style Manager > 'View all Options' of the style you wish to edit > Scroll down to 'Panel Surround' and 'Panel (forms')

These two options control that area.

Thanks mate. I did try to remove all settings of Panel Surround and Panel forms, but that didn't even remove it.. If it picks up an image, it must be my tcat or thead image, but I'm not using it in those two settings..

I have the same issue...

in the css for .panel
padding: 0px;
BORDER: 0px solid #333E65
that's what I put in there already ..

<td class="panelsurround" align="center" border="0">
<div class="panel" border="0">
that's the html

CSS Selector: .panelsurround <--- have the same for this in MAIN CSS aswell
so I don't understand why it is still there ?? :?
