Mod request: a forum that doesn't organize threads by last posted to

Is there a mod that will force a forum to arrange the order of its threads to sort by date originally posted? So that nothing will get bumped up when someone comments?

So you want a specific forum to do this, not all of them?

yes, just the news forum. This is to keep it in chronological order. There must be a mod out for this already! The more I think about it the more sense it makes :)
