Huge banner @ top of all forum pages

Is there some hack to do this? To add a very large banner at the very top of all pages like vb.org?

You can do it through the header template. Do you need specific instructions?

I think that I do... before there was a mod just for this. But that was for 2.0 I think? There was a bit of code that had to be added or removed in each type of forum page generate, such as forumhome, registration, thread etc, etc

Specific instructions would be nice :)
