Too many forums for 23 members. Build up on forums when you get more activity. Aim to have 10 maximum at the beginning.
As for your style, it's quite nice. You could do some more work on the posbit though, but it's not necessary anyway.

Nice style, I like it, but as said before too many forums (I have no room to talk though. :p).
