admin cp modification

im not sure this may require a hack

i dont like how the admin cp is right now, i liked the old way better, this is what i want, when i first login it has those quick links, one of them i want to be a search by email address, maybe right under the user name search

also after i click save on a user name/settings change i want it to return to the home page (admin)
