More Organized Footer

I personally don't like how the footer links to the mod cp, admin cp, etc. are arranged. So I did this in order to make it look a little decent.

They include links to all of the vBulletin Sister sites, including vBulletin Germany.

This is how they will look for each user group.

Normal Member:

Contact Us - Site Name - Archive - Top

Moderator (or usergroup with mod permissions):

Moderator Control Panel
Contact Us - Site Name - Archive - Top

Administrator (or usergroup with admin permissions:

Administrator Control Panel
vBulletin.com - vBulletin.org - vBulletinTemplates.com - vBulletin-Germany.com

Thank you, Tony. This mod actually came because I was lazy and wanted quick access to vBulletin.com. So I said to hell with it and threw in the rest. Although on mine it says vBulletin.nl instead of vBG. :p
