better display thread rating on forumdisplay.php

Hey :)

If those stars are too tiny for you you should try out this modification...

I've been inspired by webdesignforums.net

This modification basically changes the background of the thread statusicon according to the rating.

If the thread has a good rating this cell will have a green background. Threads with a rating of '1' will have a red background.
Check out the screenshots to see what i mean :)

One thing I have noticed is that it only works with whole numbers. Is it possible to make it work like the ratng images work?

I shall work like that rating images since it uses the same variable for displaying the numbers :)

$thread['voteavg'] is a number from 1 to 5 according to the rating.
