How to put entire forum in a table and add gfx to it?

How do i put the entire forum in a table starting from navbar to footer, then how to i add gfx to it.

Would also love it if you coul tell me how to do that for the tables inside listing the forum and etc.

I also am looking to do this same thing.

It would be VERY nice if someone could put together a thread on how to add graphic borders around the tables within vBulletin.

Any help is much appreciated. I see this particular topic a key in truly customizing vBulletin. All sites pretty much look the same with the exception of replaced graphics.

He is using the CSS to place the images.. he is using horizontal repeating images... you can view it in his source on the main page. ;)
