Hi, I am very new at this, but would appreciate some feedback.

Currently I have more staff than members but hopefully that will all change soon.

Although its a very girlie site, boys are of course welcome. :)

umm, i miss the points 'sex' and 'relationships' because that would be the only things that interest me in a women-only community ;)

I like that style although it is like you said a very girlie site :)

-Way too many forums for 11 members.
-Promoting staff before members come is in my opinion wrong for a community to do. I also don't think its necessary for an administrators name to be in a moderator column - just leave those for moderators. Everyone will know you're an admin. Appropriate places to have admin names as mods of that forum and places like Announcements and the Staff Room.

Just some thoughts. :)

Looks very good for a first attempt. Scence you are new to begin a forum admin you might want to check out www.theadminzone.com . They have alot of information about building, running, and maintaining a community :)

I hope I didn't come on too strong when giving you any critisism. I tend to do that. But yeah, check out theadminzone.com, it's a very big help. ^^

No, Tony no offence taken at all (I'm made of much tougher stuff :) . As I said I am very new to running a forum, so I am open to suggestions that would improve my site.

Thanks
