Can't Click install.

I can download files, view images, but I can't click install, or view php codes or template codes. I do have a license and it won't expire for the next month or two. *need to double check* Is something wrong with my account?

We are having some troubles with perrmissions, I am currently trying to fix them.

Ive made some changed to how perrmissions are set up, my test acount seems to be able to do and see everything now, please let me know if you are still having problems with the site.
