Nice mod, it's the battle between Cool Quotes and Tidy Quotes. ;)

didnt work

now EVERY quote says "this is a quote"

And the one with the username says "originally posted by Username"

it was hardcoded...

Found how to fix it though...

For the simple quote, where it says "This is a quote" replace that with { param } (without spaces)

For the username one, take out replace Username with { option } and this is a quote with { param }

again, remove the spaces and it will work:)

Very nice. Thankfully with this one, you don't need to modify the database ala vB2. :cool:

Eeep, sorry about that guys. I had copied what it outputs instead of the actual code for it. My apologies. The original file has now been updated.

Nice port. :)
Nice port indeed, since no credits to me were made.

Revamping a template mod I made would mean you could include the credits. Thank you.

Well seeing as I created the code from scratch... and didn't actually look at yours at all.. or having ever seen it, it's hardly a rip?

I didn't get the idea from anyone, if I was re-vamping yours xiphoid I would have added you as the original author of it, I didn't even know you'd created one...

But, seeing that you are the original author of it, my own code or not, I'll put you as the author.

Thank you for replying to my post.

I appriciate the offer, but I will take your word for it that you have created it from scratch.

Good job ofcourse :) Since this is how I would have done it hehe.

i change my bg color

background-color: transparent;
