Is There anywhere to get free vb 3.0.0 themes!! I cannot find any. I do not mean to be a pain or seem stupid, just cannot find any!! Or are there none

nope

with vB3 not being final theres no reaosn for any of us to really make constant themes

both XP styles and a few styles from vBpanel.com should appear here over the next 7-14 dyas

The templates are stable enough to make styles now. Don't expect any radical changes from now on.
