Says im not licensed when I am

When my email clearly matches what is on vb.com in my license information. If your synched with vb.com why am I getting this message? Am I missing something?

well nevermind, I figured out why. I have 2 email addresses listed in my license and I guess it only goes by the primary one, so I had to change my email here to match. Guess it doesnt look at the additional ones.

Well, it couldn't be since it's not working.

Make sure you're using the exact case as its entered in the members area.
