Donator Tag

Is there any way to add a Donator ( in this case a free form tag) under the postbit
by using usergroups?

that be great so that when someone donates or using the vB subscription and gets moved usergroups automaticly it adds the tag to the postbit

lets say a complete usergroup by itself.. the one if you used the subscription service.
