Faranth, do you have anything to back up what you've said? Was he caught on the other sister sites? Can't just accuse someone without anything to proove it.

Back on topic, your forums look very nice. I'd place the top 5 table at the bottom though. You should always leave as little space as possible between the header and the start of the forums. Your members want to post, not have stats to scroll past in order to get to the forum list. :)

yes tony, i contacted his site where he was hosting it

we(me and floris) found alot of our hacks had been released on another site that delt with vBulletin, however he had never contaced either of us, i also found him giving out or selling styles which he had preivews of.

feel free to drop me an email im faily sure i still have the emails,

he is banned from vBulletin.nl and my site respecitly

the site was also reported to Jelsoft for piracy
