Hi all

I have had a Teen Advice site going for several months but I decided to end the old one and go with a whole new goal and design.

Here is what I have done:

I added a CMS (miraserver) and have gotten rid of the default design and made one that matches my forums. I chose Miraserver because it integrates with vB in many differant ways and makes a whole complete site. I have numerous topics added (F.A.Q.'s) that teens will find interesting as well. I then made the forum with topics to match yet I need people to let me know if I should add anything from the forums or take away from them. I am thinking I don't have the right topics for the goal I have in mind. I know I need the various support forums but I also need other topics that teens will be interested in which is where you come in for suggestions.

The forum design is made by Blindchild and I have made the banner across the top. The banner is what I intended it to be, sort of simple and I think it's kind of neat!

Before I actually try to get the site out to people, I do want to add my arcade hack in and maybe a few small other things as well as more content.

So thanks for your comments and help!

How is miraserver anyway?, im thinking about getting it myself.

Anyway the design is nice, the banner seems a bit 'bare' for such a nice design, I think you should change it. Also a few things look like they are floating, the new post/thread icons on forumhome would look much better with a white backround IMO.

Thanks Brad,

Miraserver is awesome. It makes adding content to a site so easy and changing the default design took me just over two hours because it was my first site design I really tried on my own.
The cms is 100% template based just like vB. It has it's own commenting system built in for people who don't own vB complete with threading, profiles and admin editing.

Anyways, I kind of liked the banner, it also is more or less my first attempt, though I may try making a new one in the next few days. As for the buttons, I agree, they seem kind of weird like that, I may just make some new buttons for that part.

Thanks for the comments!
