I'd like to know how to get my forum looking like this:

www.sakuramb.com (http://www.sakuramb.com/)
To be more exact I'd like my catergorys with images underneath and above like this:
http://www.vbulletintemplates.com/mods/attachment.php?attachmentid=2542

but with the border the same as Sakuramb.com

I'm using VB3 and I'd like to have it in a border with images on either side of the catergory. Like the title says, How???

Well to do category images:

To separate the categories:

And for the bottom images:
