i know this thread is completely old as hell,
but i can point out a few of those smilies made by members on my old forum: xamira

ive circled some custom ones made by either me or my members
rippers make me sick.. -_-

If you look at the fine print, the member never claimed for the smilies to be his. Therfore it is not ripping. He/she did distribute them without your permission, or whoever made them, permission.

If you'd like to make a zip that exclude the smilies that are apparently made by your forum, I will attach it instead of whats there already.

the devil (mad looking one) smilie was made by subBlue..so I highly doubt he used yours..if you have any problem with it, contact him on his site, www.subblue.com
