A bit about the site, the original design, header / footer was done by c-prompt, back in the day. I was one of the first he designed, and got a deal. The only thing kept from his design what the header images, and the footer images after the v3 upgrade.

For v3, I decided to purchase a pre-made template, from Miko at vbulletinstyles.com (template name: Skynet 3, blue, expanded.

Once I saw her changes, and spent a day looking at the templates, I made a few dozen more template changes and image changes to get were I am today. I have a few more things I plan to add over the next few weeks. I want to see what is changed in the official v3 style when it comes out before making an major changes.

Thats about it, I would love a review! If you have any questions about specific changes, feel free to ask, I'll see if i can remember what was done! ;)

It's a nice, clean look. I like it. I think the bottom of the forumhome is a little dis-organised though. Place the forum info in a table, or somewhere more convienient. :)

Didn't notice it was missing. You should add it back as you are breaking the vB license agreement.

He may not be as the purchase price for the removal of copyright is pretty cheap now. The best bet is to report them if you think they may be breaking their license and let vbulletin deal with it.

It looks nice, and is my style of forum. Simple and usable. However, I have noticed that in the bottom of the page, at least on forum home, you have this crazy link for me to logout.

But I'm not logged in. Looks like you're using vb3, so you should easily be able to add a conditional for that. :)
(Edit)
Your postbit looks ok, but I love the ad placement after the fiorst post only. Smart thinking there!

Yes, I paid for removal of the copywright... feel free to report me ;)

Thanks tony / bad bunny, as soon as i get a subscription and post new link on forum home i'll clean up the forum home page. I also want to work on the forumdisplay footer, too much overall clutter. Could be much cleaner.

My CTR effectivly double when I moved the ad between posts. My next step is to make the ad look like its in a postbit template. That is also in a if statement, donating members run ad-free.

I'll take your word for it, as you are a licensed user here. :)

It took about 10 minutes to get the ad to look like another post, hopefully this small change will bring in another few bucks a day :) http://www.bikeforums.net/showthread.php?t=7855

I think I am going to place the ad after the 9th post for registered members, then have the ad signature inform the user about becoming a donating member to run ad free.
