New Private Message interface...?

The standard one for vB3 sucks. My members don't like the 'quote' button being the only button to reply to a PM. Also, that stupid request read receipt java command is not a big hit either.

Is there any way to make that a checkbox option like before?

use some type of if condition to replace the button....
