its nothing much besides a standard vb3 with a image added to the category.

id suggest making the header strech to match the forums, as well as the welcome box.

you could really use some good buttons to help with your forum :)

not bad for a start but i personally wouldnt leave it there

-Not enough color variety. Makes it look boring and dull.
-Header needs to stretch the whole page width, and aligned to the top.

Otherwise yeah, could use some more modifying. :)
