Navigation bar...

hey hey there! :)

Well I have been searching for the navbar like in vb 3.0.0 for a while now, but I can't find it anywhere... So I hope you guys know where to find it, cause as I remember I have seen it some where. For you guys who don't know what I'm talking about, just check out the attached file.
