just want some feedback, and im well aware of the missing images, this was done for a client and images werent part of the contract

It's very nice. I'd align the header to the top and make it stretch the whole page width.

odly enuf i cant seem to get it to fit that last 2-3% of the page :\
the header should strech to just about 100% of the page in IE and MOZ at least from what i see

Almost 100% yes, but it's those small gaps which make it look bad. Wasted space on top too. ^^
