I like this forumhome template. Is this something that has already been released here? If not how would I go about a mod like that?

Try vBulletin.org, that would not be a template mod.

Yeah the only problem is no one is allowed to post vb3 related hacks at vbulletin.org untill it's in RC status .

Lol, forgot this was the vB3 forum.

You should wait until RC before doing a hack of that scale.
