the link is in the name of the site at the end of his statement :) but because the links here blend it you just had to hover over it to see it.

Anyway, it's not too shabby, but you're using the exact same footer as your other design at http://www.metroid-online.com/forums/ and I notice that you do that pretty often, which takes away from the creativity. Even the header style is just about identical to many of your other designs (?)... they look more like alterations of one design rather than new designs...and since these are for clients eventually that'll catch up to you.

Looks nice but it loads quite heavy on my P4 computer with all the graphics and that many forums ( I presume it would be very heavy on slower ones). A way to fix this is to reduce the number of forums you (or the person running the site) has in forumhome. adding subforums instead my be helpful.

not to bad :) looks alot like your other designs, the processor doesnt have much of an effect of loading time, its mostly your connection a p4 on a 28,8 wouldnt load that forum very fast either, but neither would a 133 with windows 98 on a t3 :)

that style would be huge in vb2.x :) it looks nice good job

Heh, i know what you mean. But for odd reasons, my clients ALWAYS want that type of look. I dont do whatever I want for the design, they just give me a set of ideas they want in their design. They always tell me "hey, i like how you did this for that design, can you do the same for me?" So.. i just do whatever the client wishes for. :/

Thanks for pointing that out to me DzaLio™

The forum design looks very nice, but about the forum there, you have WAY too many forums. They need to think about chopping some of those down.

I am the owner of the forums and I have taken a very different approach as far as forums go. If my members ask for a forum I add and give it a month to do ok. If it does not show any sign of doing well after a month we can it and move the posts to the correct general area. Sorry if you think there are too many forums it is the way we do things. And that too many forums comment is always a user opinion anyways and plus with a fantasy site it is tough to have a small amount of forums and be able to convey everything to your community. I also think a community is just that and should have a say in the things that go on there. Jawa did a great job and my members are very impressed.
