Animefolder has re-opened its doors vbulletin style! thats right now, its all anime message boards all the time! XD

Lots of neat features added such as journal,comment system,itemshop,bank & upcoming gallery. Iv modeling the site allote from deviantart.com, and when I have more time Im going to finish it off.

Impressive images and a nice clean layout. Looks good. But I don't like the background & table colors being the same. Need a bit more difference in the colors.

Your header would look better if it streched all the way and to the top of the screen, right now its floating away from all sides and looks bad IMO.

You should think about re-working your portal for two colums, or ditch the default looking style of it all togther.

I wouldent attempt to develop a gallery for v2 wtih v 3 so close.

If you are going to use that postbit you need to fix the thread/author tables in threads. Also it will mess up your pm templates a bit, you will need to fix that aswell. Also users with no avatars get there names spaced away from the table to far, that requires a code hack to fix on that version.

Last but not least, if you are going to do a anime site please for the love of god put up some content, Im tired of seeing all these anime boards around the net, I havent seen a good anime site it ages ;)

When I was there commenting on it, the header was aligned to the top of the screen. At least from memory.

I just opened it in Firebird, and I'm getting the same error as Brad. Doesn't fit all the way across the screen and there is spacing at the top.

Although in IE, it looks fine.

yes, guilty as charged :( ....I was talking to ewdi about this, as you know Im also coding a gallery somewhat simaler to ao's....I stold your javascript so I wouldnt keep getting errors.

how can you not copy animeonline? I mean....just because my header is similar and Im going to have a gallery doesnt mean Im copying them!?..

Look at all the other anime sites/communitys in general that are doing the exact same thing. The fact is we want a good anime community that is fun for members, even if it does incorperate some of the same things animeonline/nekio are doing. All the hacks im using are from vb.org and they are for everyone to share :)
