I really hate how the receipts are at the top so how would I go about having it at the bottom?

goto your Style Manage and select "edit templates" for your selected style, open up the template named "PM".

Find and Remove: $confirmedreceipts
Next
Find <!-- ******** END MESSAGE LIST ******** -->
Add above this: $confirmedreceipts
