RPGManiacs. Comments?

Hay there everybody, I'm Urashima. Duh. ;D

I'd just like to show off my website (forum, actually), RPGManiacs (http://rpgmaniacs.com) and ask for some suggestions as to what hacks to add or what changes to make on it. Also, could anyone guide me through 'splitting' up the forumhome in two, to create a new table on the right side of the forum? Heh, that'd be great if any of you could.

So I haven't lost my mind. :p

-You need more color variation. It's too green, and the links are bright compared to the table colors.
-Don't think your forum needs the Moderator Table.
-Make your banner stretch full screen?
-Your postbit doesn't load too fast because of the RPG hack most likely. Not much you can do about that though since you are RPGManiacs. ;)
