baseboard.net (http://www.baseboard.net) is a fast growing macintosh and design community forum, theres some great stuff going on there (i recommend coming to see the PST - photoshop tennis matches (http://www.baseboard.net/forums/forumdisplay.php?s=&forumid=23)) so let me know what you think.

we are also currently running hivemail for webmail, and a cafepress integration hack (baseboard email (http://www.baseboard.net/mail/) & baseboard shop (http://www.baseboard.net/forums/shop.php)), the store is still in need of some work, but it's workable atm, we also need to get off our butts and work on some new items for the store hehe (where does all the time go?)

the funny thing is, i really meant to post this here a while back, but didn't get round to it for some reason - there is a totally new skin on it's way too - so expect this thread to be updated soonish ;)

The forums look great, nice job on the skinning and templates. :) I don't have any problems with the design, and the HiveMail looks good as well.

2. well, it's been like that for ages, haven't bothered to change them (there are a few ;))

3. ok, footer looks fine at that res here, but it doesn't make that much difference as most of our users are on at least 1024x768 anyway.

cheers, hivemail still needs some more work in places, along with photopost - that thing takes ages to get right, and we just updated to version 4 after we'd completed the earlier version skinning hehe

anyway, keep it coming, and call on over for a game or two of photoshop tennis / battle and flex some creative muscle :)

yes tony, i'm sure it is possible. but as i said in the post above, the footer is fine on my machine at 800x600... could you post a s/shot of what you see at that res?

dunno... apparently we still have a few small minded individuals who think yaxay owns the colors... and if I'm not mistaken, baseboards has blue and orange...

but, since this is a criticism thread, lets get back on topic (thanks for taking us off topic base) ... like I said, i think it's dot overkill... u have dots on everything... imo your board is a mixture of fexboards and macfora's v2 style: http://www.macfora.com/forums/index.php?styleid=16 (just looks like you turned it around)

if that was a bit towards wiredgamers then you truly have an issue sir. Your site - in my opinion - is extreme dot overkill. There's dots on EVERYTHING. And if you're saying that i can't use blue/orange because of yaxay then you fall into the category of moronic noobs who think they can design.

neither can you by the looks of things ;) .. one small comment about the overuse of dark blue and orange and you get all personal. lol.
