Want feedback on my forum

I just want some feedback, tips, pointers and stuff so I can improve things a bit. I know that the red txt on red backround will be mentioned but I dont know what to change it to and stuff thats why I want feedback and stuff.

I think it would look better with the replies/topic columns there. Does fit on some forums taken out and doesn't fit on some forums taken out.

You see the Moderator Column is stretched out. How would I shrink that so it's not so wide? Also I want the text at the top thats on the red backround to be white or something maybe but see the issue is with links and stuff and it will mess up somewhere else ya know.
