"It looks like Yaxay."
You have way too many forums for the member base. Also you do not have a clear target audience, which you absolutely need for your forums to succeed.
Also the Jelsoft copyright must read:

Finally I can't stand the pixel font. All it is now is a trend wh*** (nothing personal).

Agreed a couple of other things also.
Swap the Forum tiltle with the Forum Posts-Threads-LastPost
and use SD's cat spacing. (I belive he is the one who released it)
Way to many forums to beginwith merge them into each other till you get bigger then start seperating them. You will have to many empty forums till then.
I like the postbit, i wouldnt use it as a default, but its a clean look.
and your Icon Legend IMO is way to long.
Just my thoughts :)

Nice, but...
-Pixel font hard to read with big resolutions.
-All small font also not easy to read.
-Bit cramped looking, needs more spacing.

Give him a break, everything looks like yaxay now a days. Nothing is unique on the internet anymore. Its just a matter of "can you accomplish it?". Anyways, i like the style mate :)

i disagree joeboo. not everything looks so much like yaxay. there are still original concepts to be had on the internet. you just have to be creative in your approach.
your forum is nice yaxio... but it is true that it is far too similiar to yaxay. other than that, well done.
Agreed, there are heaps of ideas still not done. It just takes a creative approach to find one. You don't have to follow all the trends. :)

I think you have made a marvelous job if Yaxay is your role model. Personally I think it is important to have some sort of styler you look up to when you make the board (Mine was SaintDog's fresh simplicity of white). I think you have made an incredible job on the header images, ecspecially the navbar. The colours do go well togther but the postbit would look better in a blue and orange bar instead of silver.
It is alittle cluttered in the lastpost by area and your discriptions are too long. I would advise making small font a little bigger as too small makes it look lacking in content. I would merge the forums, even for a bigger board becuase they are too narrow and it is likely some wont get posted in for quiet a long time.
Overall it looks very good and I expect it turned out just the way everyone wants it, how they dreamed it would at the start. :)

That doesn't look anything like yaXay. The only forum I can think of that it "kind of" resembles is Macfora.com
