I would like to remove the reply column, and posted by columns in one forum only, a poll board. I made a new set of templates, and named them the same as the style for that board, called aptly enough, poll board, set the board to that style, but the changes I made, by getting rid of the columns in the templates don't show up. Any ideas on what I'm doing wrong? Should I name a template something in particular? I just copied all of the same templates, then named them Poll Board, and made my changes, but the changes don't appear. Do I need to make only one template for that forum, and not have a whole list of all the templates?
I would like to do this without hacking. I'd really like to do a template mod. Any help you can offer would be really great and VERY much appreciated. So far from what I've seen you guys know how to do just about anything possible here, and some things people didn't know was even possible. If you have any more rabbits in that hat I'd be really happy! :D

No need to Remove.!

Just set the forum as not accepting new post.

I did that, but since no one can respond to it, they only read 0, so most think that there is nothing new or it is a dead forum. That's why I wanted to remove the replies column and the who posted it, since I'm the only one who posts in there, and can post. I'd also like to remove the reply buttons cuz they can't reply and I've gotten a few PMs says it's like teasing. Which I can undertand. :)
I do thank uyou for your input, and if you have any idea how I can accomplish this I would be very greatful! :D

Editing bit templates dynamically like that requires hacking.

It will take hacking, but if it makes you feel better, it can be done in VB3 using the If, else, then statements.
