Template Mod - Does This Exist? [Archive]

Hi,

I have done a length search and cannot find this template mod, yet I am sure I have seen it at this site before.

I have attached a mock up screen shot of it that I could really use on my forums. Does anybody have any knowledge of it?

Multiple columns? Requires hacking.
